As a heavy Salesforce.com user/developer/consultant, there are many times when I’m cycling through custom objects, workflow rules, apex triggers, and reports in an org and I’d like to be able to follow my progress in the sidebar via the recent items section.  I’d really like the ability to customize the recent items section to toggle options like show/hide recent custom objects, workflow rules, reports, etc.
